It took a few days to get back into the groove after a week in vegas on the syrup however I managed to time my short stay on the Gold Coast just fine with the arrival of a nice little east swell that had straddie light up for two days straight.
I went to the thrashed premiere which has been the first bodyboarding premiere I have been to in along time so that was epic. Its was so cool to see all the groms get amped, scream and just froth out. Everyone was just going nuts when Tom Rigby would get a wave as the young shredder has a big fan base. Overall the film was great to watch and i'm sure when I get my hands on a copy I will watch it many more times.
The biggest surprise was getting some really nice waves out at the superbank. I swear I could surf that wave for a very long time and never get bored if there was no one out but what are the chances of that happening.
Well i'm packing my bags now and heading to west oz and what do you know there looks like there's waves on the way.

have to disagree miller. m&ms all the way skittles are far too sugary
